Beer City Brewers Guild is looking for a diverse array of vendors and artisans for HopStock. If your application is accepted, vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tent (not exceeding 10×10), table(s), lighting, chairs, and tarps to protect the ground if artists are using anything messy (paint, chalk, etc).
Vendor cost is $100 paid by July 30 (more information with a signed contract will follow if application is accepted). Vendors are allowed 2 people (21+ only) per stand and will receive 2 wristbands, 2 reusable tasting cups + 10 drink tickets upon arrival.
Vendors must check into Calder Plaza to begin setting up their area at 3pm from Ottawa Ave to avoid traffic and potential line congestion. Beer City Brewers Guild has a goal to keep this a low-waste event, please keep that in mind, utilize sustainable materials whenever possible (i.e. no plastic bags) and leave with what you came in with. All Vendors must clean and depart their 10×10 area by 11:30pm.
Complete and submit the following form by July 13th for festival consideration.
Vendors and artists will be notified of their HopStock participation by July 15th.
